Conscientious. Caring. Compassionate. Those are just a few of the words that come to mind when you get to know our office staff. From health concerns to insurance questions, you’ll always receive the high level of attention you deserve from our knowledgeable staff.
Mary, our office manager, has been with the practice since 1993 and has extensive knowledge of every facet of our operation. Susan began her tenure shortly after Mary and serves in many capacities, including scheduling, billing and correspondence. Joanne joined our team in 2003 and provides the doctors with nursing assistance during patient visits and is our diabetic footwear expert. AnnMarie works hand in hand with Mary in our billing department and helps with scheduling and the processing of radiographs. Kim and Diane have been valuable employees since coming on board in 2010. Kim provides nursing assistance during patient visits and is our patient care coordinator, scheduling any necessary surgical procedures while Diane manages our patient appointments and also oversees our ordering department.
With a combined 55 years of experience with the Cary-Grove Foot & Ankle Center, Mary, Susan, Joanne, AnnMarie, Kim and Diane are total professionals at what they do—providing our patients with top-notch care and personal attention. We’re thrilled (and so are our patients) that each and every one of them is on our team.
